The primary responsibilities include managing and responding to patient inquiries, providing exceptional customer support, assisting with appointment specializes in delivering strategic outsourcing solutions high customer satisfaction levels. The Healthcare Customer Service Representative will also contribute to to company standards and protocols. **(This role is focused on administrative and communication support.
