About the Opportunity: The Healthcare Customer Service Rep role supports patients by facilitating healthcare appointments, providing information on benefits and insurance, and conducting outreach through outbound calls. This position contributes by helping patients navigate their healthcare options, ensuring they receive preventative care and other necessary services. It is a remote, work\-from\-home role that plays a direct part in improving individual healthcare experiences. 3\. Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to patients, members, and customers • Schedule appointments for preventative health screenings and assess for high\-risk healthcare needs • Assist patients in making healthcare decisions • Provide welcome calls and assist with benefits and insurance questions • Conduct outbound surveys • Make a positive impact on patients'' healthcare journeys 4\. Requirements: • High School Diploma or GED (verified during background check) • Strong computer skills including data entry, screen navigation, and keyboarding • Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to follow daily schedules and tasks • Strong oral and written communication skills • Demonstrated caring and compassion • Ability to provide two monitors (at least 22 inches) with HDMI and Display ports 5\. Pay Range and Compensation Package: • The wage for the Healthcare Customer Service Rep is $15\.00 per hour. 6\.
