Tobacco Alterative, Convenience

COMPENSATION: A six figure and very competitive base salary plus uncapped bonuses.

TO QUALIFY: You must have leadership over Key or National Account sales teams in the Convenience markets in the US, and experience with wholesalers. A great position for leaders in the tobacco or nicotine markets.

We have been retained by a Swedish based nicotine pouch manufacturer (ultra high grade, with FDA approvals tobacco and a tobacco free alternative) that is now expanding in the US and needs a Head of Sales and two National Account Managers to expand the Convenience Vertical. The company is already established in North America with a US Headquarters.

With several key convenience accounts already in place, you would take over this company's early stage but now established US sales presence. With six key convenience retail chains signed, you would come in as a player/coach who will ultimately be the US "sales coach" - you will immediately hire the company's first two US National Account Executives and from there, keep building out the sales program. The sales organization will sell into this vertical at the HQ level (these are not merchandising oriented, but a true National Key Account roles negotiating the contracts and managing the distributors (though the company is planning to hire in the near term a team to handle the distributors which will take that load off the national accounts team. Salaries are very competitive, bonuses are uncapped and these are remote based roles.

Being an early stage hire at this level offers long term career options as scale up a North American sales organization, marketing and product roles. They will be looking internally for the next key leaders. And a fantastic culture; he executives are truly human, and definitely not micro managers. They are seeking experienced and self managing people for this role.
