Job Description
ChargeX a energy storage brand by VeevoNix \& Veevo Tech \& is entering the Pakistani residential/small\-mid size commercial energy\-storage market as a first\-mover LFP based battery manufacturer with an IoT\-connected product line and a 5\-year\+ warranty. This is a greenfield distribution build. The Head of Sales \& Distribution will design the go\-to\-market architecture from scratch, recruit and activate the national distributor network, and build the field sales team that sits below this role. You will be the primary face of ChargeX to the trade, and you will directly own national revenue targets. This role is for someone who has built distribution channels before \- not managed an inherited one. **Reporting \& Location:** You will be reporting directly to the CEO, the job location is Islamabad **Responsibilities** Design and execute ChargeX's national channel strategy covering Tier\-1 distributors, regional sub\-dealers, solar EPCs, and key commercial accounts. Recruit, onboard, and performance\-manage 8–15 Tier\-1 distributors in Phase 1 cities (Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Peshawar (KP Region)). Build and lead the field sales team (Regional Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers, AM Channel Sales). Establish trade margin structures, credit policies, distributor agreements, and territory exclusivity frameworks. Own monthly sell\-in and sell\-through reporting to the CEO. Coordinate with the Trade Marketing Manager on BTL campaigns, retailer incentive programs, and seasonal promotions. Manage key institutional accounts including solar EPCs, telecom tower operators, and government/AEDB\-linked tenders. Provide monthly market intelligence on competitor activity, pricing, and channel dynamics. **Requirements** 10\+ years in sales/distribution management within solar, energy storage, UPS/inverter, electrical hardware, or FMCG\-adjacent categories in Pakistan. Demonstrated track record of building a distributor network from zero or significantly expanding an existing one. Deep existing relationships with solar EPCs and distributors across at least two major cities. Comfortable operating within a startup environment where processes are being built in real time. Proficiency in basic sales analytics (Excel, dashboards). Fluent in Urdu; English working proficiency. **Compensation:** Basic Pay: PKR 180,000–250,000/month base \+ performance bonus (6–12% of annual salary on target achievement) Fuel: Yes Mobile: Postpaid Mobile connection Health: Yes health cover Others: EOBI
