Job Description
**General Manager – Profit Centre Lead / Head of Sales, £70,000 basic \| £100,000\+ package \| Profit Share, Executive Company Car \| Bupa \| 6% Pension, Milton Keynes.**
As General Manager, you'll take full responsibility for turnover, margin, operating costs and long\-term growth strategy. This is full P\&L ownership of a £9m\+ standalone profit centre within a £1bn\+ group.
Operating within a decentralised, entrepreneurial structure, you will have genuine authority to:
* Set and deliver growth strategy
* Own and drive the P\&L
* Accelerate B2B sales performance
* Strengthen global supplier relationships
* Build and develop a high\-performing team
* Optimise operations and governance
This is leadership with teeth — autonomy, commercial freedom, and a direct link between performance and reward.

* Proven experience owning and growing a P\&L
* Strong B2B commercial leadership background

* Supplier negotiation experience at a senior level
* Track record of driving margin and revenue growth
* Experience leading and developing teams
