Known for their market\-leading cable management and network connectivity solutions, this company boasts the most comprehensive product range available and a strong commitment to sustainability. As **Head of National Accounts** , your focus will be split evenly between leading a team of Area Sales Managers across the UK and managing and growing sales within the key national electrical wholesaler customers at head office and Regional Director level, for which you will have P\&L responsibility. **Requirements:** To be considered for the **Head of National Accounts** role: · Must have extensive experience of managing major, complex national distribution, wholesale customers or FMCG retailers at C suite level with P\&L responsibility · Secured national frameworks and listings · Excellent commercial acumen (pricing, margin, contract negotiation) · Led cross\-functional commercial initiatives · Strategic thinker with tactical delivery capability · Ambitious, self\-driven, and career minded · Full UK driving licence **The Package for Head of National Accounts:** · £65,000 \- £80,000 basic salary DoE · 15% annual bonus paid quarterly · Hybrid or EV company car OR car allowance · 25 days holiday \+ bank holidays · Life assurance · 4% company pension contribution **The Company:** A global leader in cable management and connectivity with a collaborative culture focused on customer success.
