**Head of People** **£70,000 \- £80,000** **Swansea \- Hybrid** **Regional role** We are partnering with a well\-established organisation to recruit a **Head of People** to support a significant regional operation. This is a key leadership role, partnering closely with the Regional Director and senior leadership team to deliver a strategic, values\-led people agenda. Leading a small team of People Partners, you will drive the delivery of the full people strategy across a multi\-site workforce. The role blends strategic influence with operational leadership, covering workforce planning, talent and succession, organisational development, employee relations, engagement, and culture. You will play a central role in translating group people priorities into divisional plans, using data and insight to support decision\-making and strengthen organisational performance. **Key responsibilities include:** * Acting as a trusted advisor to the Regional Director and wider SLT * Leading the regional people strategy and operational HR delivery * Managing complex employee relations matters and building manager capability * Driving workforce planning, resourcing and retention strategies * Leading talent development, succession planning and leadership capability * Supporting engagement, wellbeing and a positive organisational culture * Using people data and insights to inform business decisions **We are looking for:** * An experienced HR Business Partner within a multi\-site environment * Strong employee relations expertise and ability to navigate complex cases * Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing at leadership level * Strong commercial awareness and ability to translate strategy into action * A collaborative, pragmatic and hands\-on leadership style This is an excellent opportunity to join a purpose\-led organisation where people are central to delivering high\-quality services and outcomes.
