**The Role (Dual Operations: Reception \+ Bar)**
We are hiring a
**Guest Services Manager**
to take full ownership of
**Front Office and Bar operations**
at UNO Thames Hotel.
This is a
**hands\-on, commercially driven leadership role**
responsible for delivering seamless guest journeys while maximising
**ancillary revenue through bar operations**
.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Front Office (Core)**
* Lead Reception team and manage daily operations (check\-in/out, billing, guest flow)
* Own the
**end\-to\-end guest experience**
* Drive
**guest satisfaction scores and online reputation (Google / OTA reviews)**
* Resolve escalations quickly and professionally
* Ensure strong coordination with Housekeeping \& Maintenance for room readiness
**Bar Operations (Revenue Focus)**
* Oversee daily
**bar service and standards**
* Drive
**bar revenue, upselling, and average spend per guest**
* Manage stock control, ordering, and wastage
* Ensure service speed, presentation, and guest engagement
* Work with management to deliver
**promotions and activation ideas**
**What We’re Looking For**
* Experience in
**hotel Bar/F\&B operations**
* Strong leadership with a
**hands\-on, lead\-from\-the\-front mindset**
* Commercial awareness – understands
**guest experience \= revenue**
* Ability to manage
**multiple operational areas simultaneously**
* Confident, energetic, and guest\-focused personality
