Role Overview

We are looking for a polished and hospitality-driven

Resident Manager

for Gurgaon who brings strong exposure to

luxury (five-star) hotel environments

. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in guest relations, service excellence, and premium living experiences while also driving business performance.

Key Responsibilities

*Resident Experience \& Service Excellence*

• Deliver a seamless and elevated resident experience aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
• Handle resident queries, concerns, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.

*Property Oversight*

• Ensure the property consistently meets high standards of cleanliness, upkeep, and presentation.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to maintain service quality and resident satisfaction.

*Revenue \& Occupancy Focus*

• Support occupancy growth through retention, relationship management, and upselling initiatives.
• Contribute to revenue targets through resident engagement and service excellence.

*Financial Accountability*

• Monitor cost efficiency and support profitability goals at the property level.

*Team Collaboration*

• Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

*Compliance \& Standards*

• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

*Problem Solving \& Continuous Improvement*

• Resolve escalations with a customer-first approach.
• Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and resident experience.

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in

Hotel Management / Hospitality Management (IHM graduates preferred)

Experience:

• Minimum

2+ years of experience in a five-star hotel

• Exposure to

guest relations, front office, or luxury hospitality service roles

• Professional personality with confidence and ownership
• Ability to multitask and manage high-expectation residents
