Job Description
**Key Responsibilities**
* Welcome guests and ensure a
**pleasant check\-in/check\-out experience**
* Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
* Maintain a high level of
**customer satisfaction and service standards**
* Coordinate with internal departments (housekeeping, front office, operations)
* Monitor guest feedback and take corrective actions
* Ensure smooth guest experience throughout their stay
* Maintain records of guest interactions and preferences
* Assist in resolving escalations in a timely manner
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
* Minimum 0
**–3 years of experience**
in customer service / hospitality
* Strong
**communication skills in English**
(Arabic is a plus)
* Presentable and professional appearance
* Ability to handle difficult situations calmly
