**About Convoi AI** Convoi AI is building the **AI Voice Workforce for service businesses across the GCC.** We deploy multilingual AI voice agents that answer calls 24/7 in Arabic, English, Russian, Hindi, Tagalog, and more. Already live with healthcare and mobility operators across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. We're founder led, execution\-focused, and building fast. **The Role** We're hiring our first **GTM Engineer** in Lahore to own the systems, data, and automation behind our outbound engine. **This is not an SDR role.** You'll build the infrastructure that powers highly targeted outbound across healthcare and mobility accounts in the UAE and KSA using tools like Clay, Apollo, Smartlead, GoHighLevel, and GPT\-powered workflows. You'll work directly with the founder and GTM lead on pipeline growth, personalization, scoring, and outbound performance, making real commercial calls about which accounts to chase, which messages convert, and where the funnel is leaking revenue. **What You'll Own** **Lead Generation \& Enrichment** Build and maintain high\-quality account lists using Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and custom enrichment workflows. You'll decide which 200 accounts in UAE and KSA are actually worth our outbound effort each month and defend that call with data. **ICP Scoring \& Prioritisation** Develop scoring systems based on fit, intent, and buying signals to prioritise accounts most likely to convert. You'll think in funnels: which signals predict a demo, which predict a pilot, and which predict a closed retainer. **Hyper\-Personalised Outreach** Create workflows that enable highly personalized outbound at scale using GPT\-powered enrichment and automation. You own the line between scale and quality. Every message we send should feel handwritten, even when 100 go out a week. **Outbound Infrastructure** Manage deliverability across 30\+ mailboxes, maintain sender reputation, test sequences, and optimise reply rates. You'll treat reply rate as a P\&L metric, not a vanity number. **CRM \& Automation** Own data hygiene, reporting, pipeline visibility, automations, and integrations inside GoHighLevel. The founder should be able to see real\-time pipeline health in 30 seconds, every morning, without asking. **Technical Sales Enablement** Build internal runbooks around clinic systems, telephony, integrations, and AI deployment workflows. You'll learn enough about how clinics and rental companies actually run to argue with their IT directors and win. **Commercial Judgment** This role isn't just about building systems. It's about making business calls. Which segment is converting better this month and why? Which sequences are wasting our time? Where should we double down? You'll bring opinions, defend them with data, and adjust fast. **What You'll Need** **•** **2–4 years in GTM Engineering, RevOps, Growth Ops, or outbound systems** at a B2B SaaS company. **•** **Strong experience with Clay (must\-have)** , Apollo, Smartlead/Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRMs. **•** **Deep understanding of email deliverability** SPF, DKIM, DMARC, mailbox warmup, sender reputation. **•** **Experience building lead scoring and enrichment workflows** that actually map to revenue, not just contact counts. **•** **Comfortable using GPT/LLMs inside outbound or automation systems** and able to tell when a prompt is producing output that will work versus output that just looks good. **•** **Strong written English and a sharp eye for outbound messaging quality** you can tell a high\-converting cold email from a mediocre one in seconds. **•** **Strong business acumen** you understand sales funnels, conversion math, account economics, and the difference between activity metrics and pipeline metrics.
