Role Description The Graphic Designing Instructor will deliver structured, practice-oriented classes to learners, focusing on core design principles, software tools, and industry-relevant projects. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating learning materials and assignments, demonstrating design techniques, and guiding learners through hands-on exercises. The instructor will review student work, provide constructive feedback, and support learners in building strong portfolios. Additional duties include staying current with design trends and tools, collaborating with the school team to improve curricula, and participating in student evaluations and progress reporting. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Faisalabad.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong graphic design skills, including proficiency in major design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or comparable software) and a solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual branding.
- Candidates should possess instructional and communication skills, including experience teaching or mentoring, the ability to explain complex concepts clearly, and skill in facilitating interactive, learner-centered sessions.
- Candidates should possess curriculum development and planning abilities, including designing lesson plans, creating structured course materials, and aligning training content with industry standards and learner levels.
- Candidates should possess digital and creative workflow skills, including familiarity with current design trends, file management best practices, and preparing assets for digital and print use.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, along with a strong portfolio showcasing professional or academic design work, are highly beneficial.
