Graduate Engineer Trainee

We're looking for **Graduate Engineer Trainees** ! **Responsibilities** * Utilize strong engineering knowledge and tools such as MS Office, Excel, SAP, and SharePoint for documentation, reporting, and operational support * Participate in review meetings with internal users, cross\-functional teams, and external vendors to support project execution and process improvements * Contribute to project assignments, preparation of tender documents, technical bid analysis, and development of technical solutions while ensuring compliance with legal, quality, and HSE standards * Create purchase orders and coordinate equipment procurement through SAP/ESHOP systems * Maintain and manage electronic databases and documentation repositories, including SharePoint * Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality of operational procedures and documentation * Act as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for external service providers regarding onboarding, role changes, replacements, and operational coordination * Support the Training \& Learning team in identifying and defining training requirements for external associates * Manage and review training roles, monitor learning progress, and ensure compliance with training requirements for external employees * Ensure updated production and operational documents are shared with relevant stakeholders for training and knowledge transfer purposes * Conduct or support on\-the\-job training (OJT) sessions when required * Monitor implementation of external services against defined KPIs and operational standards * Collaborate with internal stakeholders and line functions to align project scope with GMP, Safety, Quality, and Cost Optimization requirements * Support timely and complete delivery of project objectives in coordination with cross\-functional teams ( **\*Note:** This is a requirement for one of Scout's clients) Skills: sap,training,learning
