Graduate Engineer Trainee

**Job Description Summary** Manage IGS manufacturing line. * Resolve quality issues of the line. * Ensure all Equipment Calibration activities are done as per schedule. * Review and maintain Calibration reports. * Carry out Verification and Validation activities related to equipments \& production processes. * Prepare Validation reports and Verification Reports. * Support Equipment installation and maintenance activities. * Support ordering Tools and equipment’s for manufacturing. * Support clearance of non\-conforming material reports from the production line on a daily and Weekly basis. * Manage Non confirming products area. * Work with Cross functional team and supplier quality engineering team for problem solving and manage rejected materials. * Support Supplier follow up for part rejections and rework activities with supplier and Production Line. * Support preparation of work instructions \& maintain revision history. * Support preparation of Device History Records \& maintain revision history. * Support engineering change communications and document distributions across cross\-functional teams. * Training of manufacturing team on the changes in work instructions. * Develop solutions for quality, Cot, and Productivity issues. * Own EHS element as support member. * Support in maintaining inventory of Capital Goods \& ensure good tractability. * Execute Poke Yoke projects related to jigs \& fixtures to simplify the manufacturing process. * Support implementation of Kaizen across the manufacturing lines. * Support the manufacturing team in driving Lean Action Work Outs across the site. **Job Description** Role Summary\- Provides technical support to engineers during the design of manufacturing processes for a production facility.
