**Graduate Engineer (Python \+ Rust or C\+\+)** **90,000 CAD \- 105,000 CAD** **Location: Surrey, Vancouver** We have partnered up with a high\-growth, privately backed company that is seeking a Graduate Engineer to join its Vancouver\-based engineering team. The organisation builds large\-scale, mission\-critical platforms used by some of the most sophisticated technology and financial services environments globally. We are looking for engineers who prioritise speed, scale, and infrastructure. While we use Machine Learning, this role is specifically for the architects who ensure that code is fast, scalable, and mathematically sound A Successful Candidate: * Polyglot Coders: Proficiency in Python combined with low\-level expertise in Rust or C\+\+. * Systems Thinkers: You enjoy low\-level optimisation, memory management, and high\-performance computing (HPC). * Problem Solvers: A background in Computer Science, Physics, Maths, or Engineering * Experience Level: We are open to exceptional recent graduates or those with 1–3 years of professional experience. * Bonus: Experience across HPC, distributed systems, or backend infrastructure where performance was the primary KPI **Technology Environment** * Python, Rust, C\+\+ * Low\-level systems, speed, and optimisation.
