Not even close. **Role:** Graduate Developer **Location:** Remote **Role Overview:** We are hiring a Graduate Developer to join Joveo's engineering team straight out of university. You will work across backend, frontend, or full stack development depending on your strengths and interests — shipping real features, learning fast, and growing under the mentorship of experienced engineers. **Key Responsibilities:** \- Write production code under the guidance of senior developers \- Learn modern development practices including testing, CI/CD, and code review \- Contribute to feature delivery, bug fixing, and ongoing platform improvements \- Participate in team rituals — standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives \- Build strong technical foundations in at least one specialization over time \- Develop professional skills through structured mentorship and career development **Required Skills \& Qualifications:** \- Recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's in a technology\-related field \- Strong programming fundamentals in at least one language \- Familiarity with basic web development concepts — HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs \- Exposure to version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows \- Desire to work across both frontend and backend over time \- Excellent communication skills and a strong bias toward learning by doing **Equal Opportunity Employer:** Joveo is an equal opportunity employer.
