**Location:**
Plymouth, Southwest
**Starting Salary:**
£30,000 per annum with potential £4,750 car allowance depending on eligibility/project
**Pathway:**
Permanent, Full\-time 2\-year programme, leading to assistant level role upon completion with salary potential of CIRCA £38k
**Starting date:**
September 2026

**What you will be**
**responsible for?**
As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you'll be an essential part of our engineering team, helping to shape the future of construction across the UK. You'll have the chance to work in a variety of teams, either on\-site where the action happens or in a design\-based role, depending on where your interests lie.
**What will your day\-to\-day duties include?**
* Assisting in the preparation and management of project designs, plans, and specifications
* Supporting the development and monitoring of project schedules and budgets.
* Conducting site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements
* Collaborating with project managers and engineers to solve technical issues and ensure project success
* Preparing technical reports, documentation, and providing project updates

We're looking for people due to graduate in 2026, or have recently graduated within the past three years, with a degree in Civil Engineering
