Join one of the most ambitious lifestyle audio companies coming out of Sweden, representing two brands \- Defunc and MONDO, targeting different target groups At The Art of Utility, we are building two global audio brands with completely different identities — but with one common ambition: to challenge the giants. MONDO is our premium lifestyle audio brand, built around music culture, fashion, creativity and the next generation of global consumers. Defunc is our Scandinavian\-designed audio brand focused on making great sound and smart functionality accessible to everyone.  We are now looking for a Global Sales Director who wants to help scale both brands internationally and become a key part of our journey ahead. This is not a traditional corporate sales role, we are looking for someone who loves supporting growth ambitions and is comfortable in your ability and capacity. About the role You will be responsible for driving and expanding our global sales business across distributors, retail, marketplaces and strategic partnerships. You will work closely with the founder and management team to help shape the next phase of growth for MONDO and Defunc across Europe, North America, Latin America, APAC and the Middle East. The role includes: * Building and managing global distributor partnerships * Expanding relationships with key retailers and lifestyle accounts * Driving sales growth across both brands * Identifying new market opportunities and strategic partnerships * Supporting launches, campaigns and go\-to\-market strategies * Negotiating commercial agreements and sales structures * Helping build the global sales organization over time * Forecast planning * Working closely with marketing, product and supply chain teams   Who we think you are You are entrepreneurial, commercially aggressive and relationship\-driven and have strong negotiation skills.  You probably have experience from: * Consumer electronics * Lifestyle brands * Audio * Fashion/lifestyle retail * International distribution * And/or a fast\-growing challenger brand Most importantly, you understand how to build brands commercially — and are comfortable operating internationally, moving fast and being proactive.
