**Job Description – General Manager (Medical Warehouse Operations)** **Location : Bhopal** **Job Purpose** To lead end\-to\-end medical warehouse operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, product integrity, and efficient storage and distribution of pharmaceutical products. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, order processing, and dispatch. * Ensure compliance with GDP and regulatory authorities such as Central Drugs Standard Control Organization and U.S. Food and Drug Administration. * Manage inventory accuracy, batch tracking, expiry control (FEFO/FIFO), and quality standards. * Oversee cold chain operations (2–8°C, frozen storage) and temperature monitoring systems. * Lead and develop warehouse teams; drive performance, safety, and compliance culture. * Improve processes, control costs, and implement WMS/automation solutions. * Manage client relationships and ensure SLA adherence. * Ensure EHS compliance and mitigate operational risks. **Key KPIs** * Inventory accuracy * Order fulfillment \& TAT * Compliance audit scores * Temperature excursion incidents * Cost efficiency * Customer satisfaction **Qualifications \& Experience** * Bachelor’s in Logistics / Supply Chain / Pharmacy (MBA preferred) * 10–15 years’ experience; 5\+ years in leadership * Mandatory experience in pharma/medical warehousing \& cold chain **Key Skills** * Leadership \& decision\-making * Regulatory and medical logistics expertise * Analytical \& problem\-solving ability * WMS/ERP proficiency * Stakeholder management
