Role Overview : As General Manager, you will be at the helm of this distinguished Heritage, Boutique, Resort Property , driving operational excellence, maintaining the highest standards of service, and upholding the hotel's legacy. This is an opportunity to shape memorable guest journeys while leading a talented team to attain desired levels of Profitability.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead and manage a
Hotel with 30 Rooms in Jaipur with rich Cultural Heritage
. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in similar
Boutique, Upscale Small Inventory Hotels/ Resorts and have 2-3 years of Unit Head experience preferably in Rajasthan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the hotel to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor team to maintain the highest standards of service and hospitality.
- Guest Experience Excellence: Ensure the highest standard of personalized services, creating memorable experiences for each guest.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service, maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ability to drive guest experience, revenue growth, and operational excellence
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures to ensure profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications \& Experience :
- IHM
/Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- 10-12 years experience in
Boutique/Heritage/Resort Hotels
- Have past
Hotel Manager/GM experience in Rajasthan.
- Have a stable tenure in past assignments.
- A Rooms Division background would be an advantage.
- Confident of delivering ARRs around INR 20,000
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a hands-on approach.
- Financial acumen and proficiency in budget management.
