Job Title: General Manager – Qynda (E\-Commerce Fitness Apparel, Remote\-Based) Company: Qynda \- Kuwait Department: Commercial / Business Operations Reporting to: Vice President – Ventures   Role Purpose Lead and scale Qynda’s end\-to\-end business operations across e\-commerce, brand, performance marketing, and supply chain, driving profitable growth, strong brand positioning, and operational excellence in the fitness wear segment. About Qynda Qynda is a growing fitness apparel brand focused on delivering high\-quality, stylish, and performance\-driven activewear. The business operates primarily through an online\-first model, targeting health\-conscious and lifestyle\-driven consumers. Key Responsibilities 1\. Business \& Revenue Growth * Own full P\&L responsibility and revenue targets * Develop and execute growth strategy across markets (GCC focus) * Identify new revenue streams (B2B, partnerships, influencers, marketplaces) * Drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value (LTV) 2\. E\-Commerce \& Digital Performance * Oversee website performance, UX, and conversion optimization * Lead paid media strategy across: * Meta Ads Manager * Google Ads * TikTok Ads * Improve KPIs: * Conversion Rate * ROAS * Average Order Value (AOV) * Ensure strong funnel performance from traffic → conversion 3\. Brand \& Marketing Strategy * Define and strengthen Qynda’s brand positioning in fitness \& athleisure * Lead content, influencer marketing, and social media strategy * Ensure consistent brand voice, storytelling, and visual identity * Drive campaigns aligned with product launches and seasonal trends 4\. Product \& Merchandising * Work closely on: * Product selection * Pricing strategy * Inventory planning * Ensure alignment between customer demand, trends, and product pipeline * Optimize product mix to maximize margin and sell\-through 5\. Operations \& Supply Chain * Oversee end\-to\-end operations: * Inventory management * Warehousing \& fulfillment * Vendor management * Reduce stockouts and overstock situations * Improve delivery timelines and customer experience 6\. Team Leadership (Remote Environment) * Build and manage cross\-functional remote teams: * Marketing * Creative * Operations * Customer support * Set clear KPIs, accountability structures, and performance tracking * Drive a high\-performance, ownership\-driven culture Key KPIs / Success Metrics * Revenue growth (%) * ROAS \& Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) * Conversion rate \& AOV * Inventory turnover \& sell\-through rate * Customer retention \& repeat purchase rate * Order fulfillment timelines \& customer satisfaction   Required Skills \& Competencies Business \& Strategic * Strong commercial acumen with P\&L ownership experience * Ability to scale D2C / e\-commerce brands Digital \& Performance Marketing * Deep understanding of paid ads, funnels, and analytics * Hands\-on or strategic experience with performance marketing Operational Excellence * Experience in managing supply chain and inventory * Strong process optimization mindset Leadership * Proven ability to manage remote teams * Strong decision\-making and accountability Experience \& Qualifications * 7–12\+ years of experience in: * E\-commerce / D2C brands * Apparel / fashion / fitness wear (preferred) * Prior experience as GM / Business Head / E\-commerce Head * Proven track record of scaling revenue and improving profitability Working Model * Fully remote role * Flexibility to work across GCC time zones * Periodic travel (if required) for vendor or strategic meetings -
