General Manager

**Role Description** We are seeking a full\-time General Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of Maya Garden Magnum. This on\-site role is based in Rajpura and entails developing strategic plans to enhance business performance, managing a diverse team, and implementing operational processes to maintain the quality and branding of the facility. Responsibilities include monitoring property management services, coordinating with stakeholders, overseeing tenant relations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and driving customer satisfaction. The General Manager will also be responsible for optimizing revenue streams and executing marketing strategies to maximize occupancy and visitor engagement. **Qualifications** * Strong leadership, team management, and decision\-making skills * Experience in project management, operational planning, and business growth strategies * Knowledge in property management, facility operations, and tenant relations * Proficiency in analyzing financial reports, budgeting, and revenue optimization * Familiarity with marketing, branding, and customer engagement strategies * Excellent organizational, communication, and problem\-solving skills * Ability to work on\-site and collaborate with a multicultural team * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields; MBA is a plus * Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or commercial real estate sectors is highly advantageous
