General Manager (KLI-29)

**Responsibilities** * Develop and implement annual business plans aligned with regional and global objectives. * Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion in Indonesia. * Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform strategy. * Oversee daily operations across all functions, ensuring efficiency and compliance. * Establish and monitor KPIs for departments, ensuring accountability and performance. * Implement cost\-control measures while maintaining service quality and safety standards. * Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and industry\-specific requirements. * Control and monitor office budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources. * Oversee fund collection activities, ensuring timely invoicing, payment follow\-up, and cash flow stability. * Maintain transparent reporting of budget usage and fund collection status to senior management. * Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and staff, fostering a high\-performance culture. * Oversee recruitment, retention, and succession planning for critical roles. * Represent the company with government agencies, industry associations, and key clients. * Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers, contractors, and business partners. * Act as the public face of the Jakarta office, safeguarding reputation and brand integrity. * Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards and internal policies. * Oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance across all operations. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field * Minimum 10 years of leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role. * Strong knowledge of the Indonesian market, regulatory environment, and business culture. * Proven track record in driving business growth and managing P\&L. * Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia. * High integrity, resilience, and ability to balance strategic vision with hands\-on executions.
