**Role Description** This is a part\-time remote role for a General Manager at JKKNIU\-SDC. The General Manager will oversee the strategic operations of the organization, manage team activities, and ensure smooth execution of programs. This role involves planning and coordinating events such as workshops, seminars, and competitions, as well as building strategic relationships with stakeholders. The individual will also lead the team in achieving the organization’s objectives, ensuring the programs align with the club’s mission, vision, and values. **Qualifications** * Proficient in leadership, team management, and strategic planning * Skilled in event coordination, program management, and stakeholder engagement * Strong communication skills, including diplomacy, negotiation, and networking * Experience in problem\-solving, decision\-making, and making data\-informed recommendations * Knowledge in areas like computer skills, presentation, CV/resume development, and career counseling * Ability to work independently, remotely, and manage tasks effectively within a distributed team * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred * Passion for youth skill development and experience in similar roles is a plus
