**Role Description**
This full\-time, on\-site role as a General Manager is based in Logan Lake, BC. The General Manager will oversee daily operations of the property, including staff supervision, guest satisfaction, and adherence to company quality standards. Responsibilities include managing budgets, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, resolving guest concerns, and implementing strategies to grow revenue. The role also involves team leadership, training, and creating an engaging and efficient work environment, fostering both operational excellence and a positive guest experience.
**Qualifications**
* Experience in hospitality management, including managing daily hotel, restaurant, and liquor store operations
* Strong leadership, team management, and staff development skills
* Proficiency in budgeting, financial planning, and revenue management
* Knowledge of guest services, customer relationship management, and problem resolution
* Familiarity with regulatory compliance, safety standards, and operational guidelines in the hospitality industry
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to identify opportunities for operational improvement and implement effective solutions in conjunction with ownership
* Proficiency with property management systems, Retail, and F\&B POS
* A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field will be considered an asset
