Your responsibilities will include:** * Managing phone, internet, walk\-in, and reservation bookings. * Coordinating customer flow and balancing kitchen loads. * Greeting, seating, and upselling wines and specials with confidence. * Ensuring deep knowledge of our wine, beer, and menu offerings. * Training and developing junior staff to build a skilled, efficient team. * Handling complaints and ensuring every diner leaves satisfied. * Supporting service with waiting, pouring drinks, clearing tables, and maintaining cleanliness. * Maintaining compliance with all industry norms and duties. * Managing Staff rotas, training and development * Ensuring business KPIs are met **What We’re Looking For** * Prior experience in Michelin or rosette\-level establishments (preferred). * Exceptional personal presentation and standards. * Personal License Holder * Proficiency with ICR Touch and tablet technology.
