We are seeking an accomplished and visionary General Manager to lead the pre-opening, launch, and ongoing operations of a new luxury boutique wellness hotel currently under development in , Alberta. This landmark property will combine elevated hospitality, immersive wellness programming, a destination-scale thermal spa, and distinctive food and beverage experiences to create one of Western Canada's premier luxury resort destination
s.Reporting to Ownership and/or the Asset Management team, the General Manager will be responsible for providing strategic leadership throughout all phases of development, pre-opening planning, operational launch, and long-term performance optimization. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in luxury hospitality, with demonstrated success leading boutique hotels, resorts, wellness-focused properties, or mixed-use hospitality destinations.
