General Manager Finance

One of the Dubai based Business Conglomerate is searching for a **GM Finance** for their Global Operations. The incumbent will play a critical role to steer business to sharp path of growth by leading in analytics to drive top line growth, improve margins and improve cash flow. The incumbent will also be responsible for accurate \& on time Long range plans (LRP) , budgeting \& forecasting (LE\- Latest Estimates – Every Quarter), pricing of new \& existing projects/products and review of financial performance \& profitability, Evaluation of Business cases for New product development or product extension for each market. To be responsible for presenting management report on projection \& variance in revenue, operating cost and Income. This role will also be responsible for Finance controller for Dubai based entities, and will manage international accounting, taxation (including UAE direct and indirect taxes), and consolidation. The role will lead Global transfer pricing, global audits, IFRS accounting, cash flow management, local statutory compliances, entity accounting, treasury, banking relationships, Oversee Dubai payroll processing, provisioning, and controlling. The role involves developing tax planning strategies, managing global statutory projections (including P\&L , cash flow and balance sheets) and consolidation, and liaising with regional controllers on taxation and flow matters. **The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international accounting, FP\&A, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a global environment. The incumbent should have experience of working in Dubai and understanding of all UAE** Lead global accounting operations, including entity\-level reporting, intercompany reconciliations, and statutory consolidation under IFRS and UAE laws. o Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations across jurisdictions, including UAE, India, and the U.S. o Develop and maintain transfer pricing documentation, contracts, and strategies in alignment with OECD guidelines. **CA with 12\-15 years of post qualification experience in mandatory**
