General Manager – Corporate Relations

**About the Role:** **We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead Corporate Relations. The role involves building strong industry connections, driving placements, internships, and corporate engagement initiatives for the institute.** **Key Responsibilities:** * **Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners and industry leaders** * **Facilitate student placements, internships, and live projects** * **Identify and onboard new recruiters and corporate associations** * **Organize campus recruitment drives, guest lectures, and industry interactions** * **Collaborate with academic and marketing teams for corporate engagement activities** * **Track placement data and prepare reports for management** * **Represent the institute at corporate events, seminars, and networking forums** **Required Skills \& Qualifications:** * **Master’s degree in Management or related field** * **8–12 years of experience in corporate relations, placements, or industry engagement** * **Strong corporate network and industry connections** * **Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills** * **Proven track record in placements and corporate tie\-ups** **Preferred Qualifications:** * **Experience in the education sector or B\-school environment** * **Leadership experience in handling placement or corporate teams**
