General Manager

About the role We are hiring a General Manager to take full ownership of our Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) business unit. This is a senior executive role for a proven P\&L leader who can drive commercial growth, operational excellence, and strategic expansion; including greenfield plants, new market entry while leading a large cross\-functional team. What you will own * Full BU P\&L — revenue, EBITDA, CapEx, and working capital * RMC plant operations, fleet, quality (BS 8500 / EN 206\), and supply chain * Commercial strategy — pricing, key accounts, tenders, and channel growth * Business development pipeline from prospecting through to contract award * Greenfield and brownfield expansion projects, end to end * M\&A evaluation, JV structuring, and strategic alliances * Cross\-functional team leadership across operations, sales, logistics, and HSE What we are looking for * 10\+ years in RMC experience essential * 5\+ years owning a full P\&L as GM or BU Head with proven revenue and margin delivery * Demonstrated track record in business development, expansion projects, or market entry * GCC / MENA senior leadership experience strongly preferred * Degree in Civil, Chemical, or Materials Engineering; MBA is a strong advantage Key metrics Revenue growth ≥10% YoY · EBITDA margin ≥12% · Plant utilisation ≥75% · Zero LTI · Customer retention ≥90%
