The General Manager will lead day\-to\-day operations, oversee staffing and team management, and ensure operational efficiency while maintaining high service standards. The role involves managing budgets, coordinating with vendors, implementing strategic business plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The General Manager will also play a key role in driving business growth and upholding Cherish’s reputation for exceptional culinary and luxury hospitality services. **Qualifications** * Strong leadership, team management, and decision\-making skills * Experience in hospitality management, catering, or food and beverage operations * Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation * Strong interpersonal and customer service skills * Ability to coordinate event planning, vendor negotiations, and logistics * Proficiency in problem\-solving and adapting to dynamic operational challenges * Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field * Prior experience in luxury hospitality or catering services is an advantage * Proven track record in meeting performance targets and achieving strategic goals
