General Insurance Client Manager

**General Overview:** We are hiring for our client, a leading multinational insurance organization, seeking an accomplished **Client Relationship Manager** to join their General Lines team within the corporate segment. This is a high\-impact opportunity for a commercially driven professional to manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients, with a strong focus on property insurance within a dynamic and competitive market. The role offers the chance to work closely with senior stakeholders, deliver tailored risk solutions, and play a key role in driving client retention and revenue growth within a collaborative, high\-performance environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring strong retention and revenue expansion * Conduct detailed gap analyses to identify cross\-sell and growth opportunities within client accounts * Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, including C\-suite executives * Design and implement customized risk management and insurance solutions aligned with client needs * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery across all touchpoints * Drive new business initiatives and contribute to achieving revenue targets * Maintain accurate sales records and oversee administrative processes * Monitor market trends and provide strategic insights to enhance client value propositions **Key Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree – mandatory * Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance, preferably within a multinational environment * Strong expertise in corporate General Lines insurance, particularly property portfolios * Proven client relationship management and business development experience * Fluency in Hindi and strong familiarity with the local market – mandatory * Strong sales, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills * CII certification or relevant professional qualifications are an advantage * Valid driving license preferred * Ability to manage diverse client portfolios and operate in a fast\-paced, client\-focused environment
