**General Counsel – Infrastructure Investment Platform** 📍 Abu Dhabi \| PPP / Infrastructure Investments We are currently supporting a **major infrastructure investment platform** in the Middle East in the search for a **General Counsel** to join its senior leadership team. The organisation develops and manages **large\-scale infrastructure concessions and PPP projects** across multiple markets and is backed by significant institutional capital. This role will oversee the **legal and contractual framework across a complex infrastructure portfolio** , including concession agreements, EPC contracts, O\&M structures, project financing arrangements, and multi\-jurisdictional corporate entities. The position requires a **highly commercial infrastructure lawyer** who understands not only how to structure contracts, but how contractual decisions impact **project economics, risk allocation and long\-term asset performance** . At any given time the legal function may oversee **200\+ active contracts** across the platform.
