General Accountant | Real Estate | Dubai
We are looking for an experienced
General Accountant
to join our team in Dubai.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of accounting experience in the UAE
- Previous Real Estate accounting experience is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of UAE accounting practices and compliance requirements
- Experience with VAT Filing and Corporate Tax
- Ability to independently manage the full accounting function
- Strong attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations
- Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
- Process payroll and salary-related transactions
- Calculate and process agent commission payouts
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Prepare VAT returns and Corporate Tax filings
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and reporting requirements
- Support audits and management reporting
- Monitor company expenses and financial transactions
