Funds Lawyer

We are currently partnering with an elite US law firm in London that is looking to hire a talented mid\-level Associate to join its top\-tier Asset Management / Funds practice. This market\-leading team advises some of the world’s most sophisticated investors across: • Private Equity • Growth Equity \& Venture • Credit \& Direct Lending • Real Estate • Infrastructure, Energy \& Renewables • Secondaries \& Special Situations The team is seeking Associates with strong fund formation and asset management experience gained at leading international or top\-tier firms. The role will involve advising on the structuring, documentation and implementation of complex fund products across multiple jurisdictions. Ideal candidates will have: • 3–6 PQE (England \& Wales qualified preferred) • Experience advising sponsors and asset managers on private investment funds • Excellent technical drafting and transactional skills • A strong academic background This is an outstanding opportunity to join a highly regarded global platform with premium work, excellent career progression and a collaborative international team.
