**Pay** : £26,500\.00\-£30,000\.00 per year **Job Description:** ***PLEASE READ CAREFULLY – APPLICATIONS WITH A GENERIC COVER LETTER WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.*** Bio Fires are a small and friendly company specialising in bio ethanol fireplaces for over 20 years. We are looking for a motivated and pro\-active Junior Office \& E\-commerce Coordinator in our central London office/showroom who is enthusiastic about environmentally friendly niche products and wishes to take on challenges in the market. This role combines office administration, customer service, showroom support, e\-commerce management, and digital operations support. You should have previous office and admin experience and be confident enough on a computer to be able to use Microsoft package, especially Word and Excel. This is a great opportunity for a fast learner to gain experience and grow within your role in a small office environment. Excellent written and spoken English is required as well as being confident in maths, to be able to handle normal customer service (emails and orders). All candidates will complete a 1\-month training programme with a senior member of staff. * Working hours: Monday\-Friday, 9 am to 5 pm on site (no remote work possible). * Start: Immediately.Three months trial period. * Duration: Fixed term 1 year contract to become permanent. * Working visa or work permit is required. **MAIN DUTIES** * Customer service on the phone and email. * Taking and processing orders on the phone, online and in the showroom. * Scheduling deliveries on a courier software. * Supporting customers with product queries and problem resolution. * Invoicing (Business maths required). * Scheduling showroom appointments and occasionally assisting customers in the showroom. * Supporting management of Shopify e\-commerce platform, integrated with Amazon and eBay. * Uploading social media content including posts, reels, and product updates to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Pinterest. * Coordinating with external designers, developers, photographers, and Google Ads specialists. * Assisting with website content updates and general digital administration tasks. * Ordering office supplies and carrying out general office ad\-hoc tasks. **WHAT WE EXPECT** * Excellent written and spoken English and Business maths. * Some office/e\-commerce experience in the past.Confident computer skills (with Microsoft Office software – especially Word and Excel). * Ability to work alone and as part of a team. * Ability to multitask and work in a busy environment. * Good organisation with attention to detail and accuracy with data handling. * Positive and professional attitude. * Ability to manage social media uploads and digital content updates. * Ability to coordinate with third\-party suppliers and agencies.Has an interest in e\-commerce, online business operations, and environmentally friendly products. * Creative or design skills are a bonus but not essential; the role focuses more on coordination, organisation, and administration rather than content creation or graphic design. * Good sense of humour (we like to laugh!). **WHAT WE OFFER** * Support and induction into a busy office environment. * Training and help on all levels. * Ability to take part in all office activities (you see it all, there are no separate departments). * A friendly and supportive office environment. * Annual salary reviews based on performance.21 days holiday plus bank holidays. * Detailed and professional references. **OTHER DETAILS** * This position is for a full\-time contract. * We are seeking a full\-time candidate; however, we are happy to offer flexibility in working hours to support further education or study commitments. * You must have permission to work in the UK. * Signing of a fixed contract will be required.
