Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Frontend Developer role based in Karachi. The Frontend Developer will translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive web interfaces using modern frontend technologies. Responsibilities include developing reusable components, optimizing applications for speed and scalability, and ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. The role involves close collaboration with designers, backend developers, and product stakeholders to implement features, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve the user experience. The Frontend Developer will also participate in code reviews, follow best practices, and contribute to maintaining clean, well-documented codebases.
Qualifications
- Strong Front-End Development skills, including building modern, interactive user interfaces and Single Page Applications.
- Proficiency in Web Development and Software Development fundamentals, including version control (e.g., Git) and clean coding practices.
- Experience with Responsive Web Design, ensuring seamless user experiences across desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
- Basic understanding of Back-End Web Development concepts to effectively integrate APIs and collaborate with backend teams.
- Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; experience with modern frameworks (e.g., React, Next, Vue, or Angular) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, Vite, npm, Yarn) and debugging tools in modern browsers.
- Ability to work on-site in Karachi, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
