The ideal candidate should be confident, well\-spoken, and capable of managing client flow, billing, appointments, and administrative tasks efficiently. **Key Responsibilities** **Client Reception \& Support** Greet and welcome clients professionally. Check appointments, retrieve records, and coordinate with doctors/technicians. Escort clients to consultation or treatment areas when required. Guide and assist clients throughout their clinic visit. **Training will be provided for smooth onboarding and understanding of the processes.** **Billing \& Payments** Generate accurate bills for services and product sales. Handle payments (cash, card, digital modes) and maintain daily collections. Ensure all invoices are closed the same day after necessary approvals. **Appointment Management \& Communication** Handle all incoming calls for booking, rescheduling, or cancellations. Check availability of doctors, technicians, rooms, and equipment before confirming appointments. Send WhatsApp/call reminders to clients for appointment confirmations. Facilitate video consultations when required. **Follow\-Up \& Lead Calling** Return all missed calls promptly; maintain weekly missed call counts. Call regular clients who haven't visited in the past 3 months. Make follow\-up and promotional calls as per scripts provided by Head Office. **Who Can Apply** Female candidates only. **Strong Communication Skills (English Proficiency Preferred).** Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications. Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills. **Salary \- Rs 2\.5 to 3\.5 LPA** **Experience \- 1 \- 5 Years** **Office Timings** **6 days working per week** **No weekly off** on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday **Working Hours:** 9:45 AM – 7:00 PM **How To Apply** Interested candidates can send their resume to: **careers@berkowits.in**
