Abu Dhabi for the first 6 to 9 months (Future locations depend on the company's project pipeline across the UAE)
Schedule:
Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Remuneration:
Paid (Determined post-interview based on experience/internships)
Role Description
We are looking for a motivated Mechanical Engineering graduate who is eager to learn, handle site management, and take on hands-on technical work. This is a permanent position starting with a 6 to 9 months project in Abu Dhabi. You will not be left to figure things out alone; you will be fully taught, guided, and mentored by our engineering team as you transition into the role.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
- Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering, with knowledge of HVAC and chilled water systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings, specifications, and basic schematics.
- A strong desire to learn technical skills, accept engineering guidance, and take on site responsibilities.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to organize a small team of technicians.
- Fully willing and able to commit to full-time site work in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform on-site technical tasks and troubleshooting under the direct guidance of senior engineers.
- Lead, organize, and supervise the day-to-day work of on-site technicians.
- Serve as the primary link on-site to communicate progress and issues to the Project Engineer and the rest of the team.
- Manage and maintain daily site logs, reports, and project documentation.
