Freelance Trainers (Arabic Required) – UAE

We are currently building a network of freelance trainers to support the continued growth of the Skills business at Maximus. As a global organisation operating across the US, UK, India, UAE, and Saudi Arabia, we deliver workforce development and skills programmes aligned to national priorities, working closely with government and semi\-government entities. We are looking to connect with experienced freelance trainers based in the UAE who can support delivery across programmes focused on: * Leadership \& Management * Communication \& Emotional Intelligence * Workplace Skills \& Professional Development * Employability \& Capability Development We are building a flexible pool of SMEs who can be deployed across programmes as demand evolves, with an emphasis on practical, high\-impact delivery. Key requirements: * Fluent in both Arabic and English (mandatory) * Must hold a valid UAE freelance licence (mandatory) * Proven experience delivering training across corporate, government, or semi\-government environments * Strong facilitation skills and ability to engage diverse audiences * Experience delivering both in\-person and virtual training We are also interested in trainers with experience in project management, risk, business skills, and programme delivery.
