Senior Backend Engineer
Looking for an exceptional backend engineer to own the systems, infrastructure, and platform that power a fast-growing AI product used by teams every day. This is a role for engineers who care deeply about performance, scalability, reliability, and clean architecture.
You'll thrive if you:
- Have built and scaled production backend systems
- Have deep experience with databases, distributed systems, and infrastructure

You'll work on:
- High-scale backend services

- Reliability and observability
- Billing, authentication, and platform services
- AI product infrastructure
Ideal experience:
- Ruby, TypeScript, Python, Go, Java, or similar
- PostgreSQL at scale
- Background jobs and asynchronous systems
- API design and integrations
- Performance tuning and system optimisation
- Cloud infrastructure and modern developer tooling
