Founding Product Engineer (AI)

Stockholm, Sweden (Hybrid)

We're looking for a Founding Product Engineer to help build an AI company from the ground up. You'll work directly with the founders, own major parts of the product, and ship features that customers use every week. Every line of code you write will influence how the company grows.

What you'll do:

• Build and ship AI-native products from 0→1.
• Own product development from idea to production.
• Work directly with customers to understand problems and rapidly iterate on solutions.
• Collaborate closely with design and the founders to create intuitive, beautiful user experiences.
• Make technical and product decisions with a strong focus on customer impact.
• Help establish our engineering culture, standards, and technical direction.
• Move quickly, experiment often, and continuously improve.

What we're looking for:

• Experience building products from 0→1 in a startup environment.
• Strong frontend expertise with React, TypeScript, and modern web technologies.
• A deep appreciation for product design, UX, and craftsmanship.
• Experience shipping products used by real customers.
• High agency and a bias toward action.
• Strong product intuition and customer empathy.
• Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A relentless focus on quality, speed, and impact.
