Job Description As a Founding Engineer at Tano.ai, you will architect multi-agent systems that automate the entire marketing lifecycle, from influencer recruitment to revenue attribution. Working directly with founders who have built AI products at scale, you’ll tackle complex engineering challenges involving LLMs and RAG while driving 70% month-on-month growth for brands like Wild.

What You Will Do
- Architect and build sophisticated multi-agent systems and RAG pipelines that handle high-scale marketing workflows autonomously.
- Lead the development of core product features using TypeScript (NextJS/NestJS) and Python/GoLang to support rapid expansion.
- Collaborate directly with the founders and customers to define the product vision and iterate on features based on real-world impact.
The ideal candidate
- Possesses deep full-stack expertise in TypeScript (NextJS/NestJS) and a pragmatic understanding of when to utilize Python or GoLang.
- Demonstrates proven experience building production AI features, including deep knowledge of LLMs, agentic workflows, and complex RAG systems.
- Exhibits "founder DNA" with high agency and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment without a set playbook.
