By merging personalized guidance with engagement strategies, Tutedude aims to redefine e\-learning. **Role Description** This is a remote, part\-time position for a Founder’s Office Role – Course Development Instructor. The role involves designing and developing course content, creating engaging resources, and creating Assignments. Responsibilities also include researching educational trends, crafting innovative modules, and monitoring course outcomes to improve effectiveness. Design and record structured video lessons for a beginner\-friendly **Founder’s Office course** . Explain what a Founder’s Office role is, how it works, and how it supports founders in business growth and execution. Break down core concepts like business strategy, market research, operations, growth, product thinking, analytics, and stakeholder management. Create a practical course roadmap that helps learners understand day\-to\-day responsibilities in a Founder’s Office role. Teach students how to work on business problems, create reports, conduct research, build dashboards, and present insights clearly. Share real\-world startup examples, business case studies, templates, and frameworks used by founders and leadership teams. Prepare lesson scripts, module outlines, assignments, case tasks, and project\-based exercises. Create practical assignments such as market research reports, competitor analysis, growth plans, business strategy decks, and execution trackers. Guide learners on important tools like Excel/Google Sheets, Notion, PowerPoint, basic analytics tools, and AI tools for business execution. Coordinate with the Tutedude content and production team to ensure high\-quality recorded course videos. **Qualifications** * Proficiency in educational content creation, instructional design, and curriculum development * Strong grasp of research, writing, and editing skills for course material * Experience in online learning platforms, e\-learning tools, and gamification strategies * Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to engage learners effectively * Strong organizational and time management skills to handle part\-time, remote responsibilities * Bachelor's degree in Education, Teaching, Instructional Design, or related field is preferred * Knowledge in integrating interactive learning solutions is an advantage
