is looking for a warm, creative, and child\-centric
**Foundation Years / Early Childhood Educator**
who can create a joyful, safe, and engaging learning environment for young learners.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong classroom management abilities, an understanding of foundational learning practices, and the ability to build emotional connect with children during their early developmental years.
The role requires an educator who can integrate experiential learning, storytelling, activity\-based pedagogy, and technology\-enabled teaching practices while nurturing curiosity, confidence, creativity, and socio\-emotional growth among children.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS (KRAs)**
**Foundational Learning \& Classroom Facilitation**
* Facilitate age\-appropriate, play\-based, and experiential learning experiences
* Develop foundational literacy, numeracy, communication, motor, and social\-emotional skills among children
* Create engaging lesson plans and classroom activities aligned with early childhood pedagogy
* Foster curiosity, creativity, confidence, and independent learning habits
**Child Engagement \& Emotional Connect**
* Build strong emotional connect and trust with young learners
* Ensure a nurturing, safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
* Observe and support individual developmental and behavioral needs of children
* Encourage participation, confidence\-building, and collaborative learning
**Classroom Management \& Care**
* Maintain an organized, stimulating, and child\-friendly classroom environment
* Ensure smooth classroom routines, transitions, and discipline through positive reinforcement practices
* Support children in developing self\-regulation, responsibility, and social interaction skills
**Technology Integration \& Innovation**
* Integrate smart classroom tools, digital resources, storytelling platforms, and activity\-based educational technologies appropriately
* Utilize creative teaching aids, visual learning resources, and interactive methods effectively
* Maintain digital records, assessments, portfolios, and documentation systematically
**Parent Communication \& Coordination**
* Maintain professional and empathetic communication with parents regarding child progress and development
* Participate actively in PTMs, school events, celebrations, and collaborative activities
* Work closely with coordinators and academic teams for holistic child development
**REQUIRED SKILLS \& COMPETENCIES**
* Strong understanding of Early Childhood Education and foundational learning practices
* Excellent verbal communication and classroom interaction skills
* Ability to connect emotionally and positively with young children
* Strong classroom management and nurturing abilities
* Creativity in storytelling, activity planning, and experiential learning methods
* Hands\-on experience with digital tools, smart classroom resources, and technology\-enabled teaching practices
* Patience, empathy, observation, and child\-centric approach
* Strong organizational and documentation skills
* Professional presentation and interpersonal effectiveness
* Adaptability to modern teaching\-learning practices and institutional expectations
**PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE**
* Graduate/Postgraduate with NTT/ECCE/Montessori/Early Childhood Education qualification preferred
* 2–5 years of experience in Pre\-Primary/Foundation Years teaching preferred
* Experience in reputed schools preferred
* Strong academic background and professional communication skills preferred
* Familiarity with NEP\-aligned foundational learning approaches preferred
* Candidates with creative teaching portfolios and activity\-based teaching exposure preferred
