**Sales \& Business Development Manager – Sweden**
**Drive Forestivital’s Sales Growth in Sweden**
ForestVital is expanding internationally with new forest fertilization solutions and drone\-based spreading technology. We are looking for a commercially driven Sales \& Business Development Manager to lead our sales growth and market expansion in Sweden.
This is a sales\-focused growth role. Your main responsibility will be to open new markets, generate sales opportunities, build a strong customer pipeline, and turn new relationships into profitable long\-term business. You will work closely with company leadership and play an active role in shaping ForestVital’s international commercial success.

**Your Responsibilities**
\* Drive sales growth in Sweden
\* Identify, approach, and acquire new customers and commercial partners
\* Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from prospecting to closing
\* Develop and execute sales and market expansion plans for Sweden
\* Lead customer meetings, presentations, proposals, and negotiations
\* Convert market opportunities into measurable revenue growth
\* Build and maintain long\-term customer relationships and regional business networks
\* Represent ForestVital in sales meetings, industry events, and customer discussions
\* Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive positioning
\* Work closely with internal teams to align sales activities with the company’s strategy
**What We Expect**
\* A proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or international market expansion
\* Strong ability to identify prospects, open doors, and close deals
\* A commercial mindset and clear focus on revenue growth
\* Excellent networking, communication, and negotiation skills
\* Experience in Nordic markets is considered an advantage
\* An independent, proactive, and target\-oriented working style
\* Fluency in English is required
\* Swedish language skills are highly valued
\* Willingness to travel within the region
