Food Service Manager – FMCG

**Job Summary** We are looking for an experienced and results\-driven **Food Service Manager (FMCG)** to oversee food service operations, manage distribution channels, and drive sales growth within the food service segment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in **FMCG sales, distribution management, and team leadership**. This role requires a proactive professional who can develop client relationships, optimize operational efficiency, and ensure high service standards across food service accounts. **Key Responsibilities** **Food Service \& Operations Management** * Manage food service operations across assigned territories and key accounts. * Develop and execute strategies to grow FMCG food service sales. * Ensure smooth product supply and availability across HoReCa channels. * Monitor operational performance and implement improvement plans. **Sales \& Business Development** * Identify new business opportunities within restaurants, hotels, catering companies, and institutional clients. * Build long\-term relationships with distributors and food service clients. * Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. * Conduct market visits and competitor analysis. **Team Management** * Supervise and guide sales representatives and field teams. * Provide training and performance monitoring. * Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards. **Reporting \& Coordination** * Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights. * Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, and finance departments. * Monitor inventory movement and demand planning. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. * **4–7 years of experience in FMCG food service sales or operations.** * Strong knowledge of **HoReCa channel management**. * Proven track record of achieving sales targets. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Strong analytical and leadership abilities. * Willingness to travel within assigned regions.
