Location: Bulgaria Employer: Five Star Hotel **About the Role:** We are looking for polite, energetic, and customer\-focused **Steward (Waiter)** for the Hotel at Bulgaria provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate should be attentive, friendly, and able to work efficiently in a fast\-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating * Present menus, explain items, and suggest specials when required * Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen * Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining service standards * Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism * Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining area, and service stations * Assist in table setup, clearing, and resetting for the next guests * Coordinate with kitchen and other staff for smooth operations * Process bills and handle payments accurately **Required Skills \& Qualifications:** * **1–2 years of experience** in a similar role * Graduate or pursuing graduation (distance/online mode) in any field * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Positive attitude and customer\-focused approach * Must be punctual, reliable, and disciplined
