About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Floor Manager to lead our sales team in a UK\-based BPO campaign. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising agents, driving performance, ensuring accountability, and motivating the team to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily floor operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Motivate, guide, and mentor agents to improve performance and productivity.
Ensure agents meet KPIs, sales targets, and quality assurance standards.
Provide on\-spot coaching, corrective feedback, and performance reviews.
Monitor calls \& maintain high service and sales quality.
Track attendance, discipline, and overall accountability of team members.
Prepare daily/weekly performance reports for management.
Coordinate with HR and Ops for hiring, training, and process improvements.
Maintain a positive, energetic, and target\-driven work environment.
Requirements
6 months to 1 year of experience in a BPO as Floor Manager, Team Lead, or Sales Officer.
Strong communication skills with excellent English language proficiency.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams.
Ability to motivate and handle pressure in a fast\-paced environment.
Strong leadership, conflict management, and decision\-making skills.
Must be comfortable working in a UK shift.
