Flexible Supply Teacher

As a full-time flexible supply teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons across a range of subjects and age groups, ensuring that each student receives the individualised attention and support they need to thrive. Your role will involve working closely with the school's leadership team, subject coordinators, and other teaching staff to develop and implement engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the national curriculum.
The successful candidate will possess a teaching qualification, such as a PGCE or equivalent, along with a proven track record of success in the classroom. You should have a deep understanding of the diverse learning needs of students, as well as the ability to adapt your teaching strategies to suit the unique requirements of each individual. Strong communication skills, a passion for education, and a commitment to continuous professional development are also essential.
In this role, you will enjoy the flexibility of working as a supply teacher, with the opportunity to work on a full-time basis. The salary for this position is from £160 per day, paid via PAYE, which reflects the value our client places on exceptional teaching talent.
